The Tri-State Battle for the Belt is January 14th at Steubenville H.S.!

[Kickoff Classic]

Wrestlers- the Tri-State “Battle for the Belt” Youth Open will take place on Saturday, January 14th at Steubenville High School! Champions of the Youth Open Divisions (12 and under) will receive a deluxe championship belt. Accept no substitute- this is truly a first class award! The location of this tournament- where the three great states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia meet- will create what should be one of the best tournaments of the season, with outstanding wrestlers coming in from all three states.

As many as 400 wrestlers are expected for what should be one of the biggest and best tournaments of the year. However, we will start on time for all sessions, and with six mats running all day, move very quickly! Expect to get 4-5 matches in three hours or less.
While this is an individual tournament, we will be incorporating a team race into this event. The top three teams will take home trophies, with an extremely impressive 60-inch trophy going to our team champions.
