No, I meant Thursday's pairings of both wrestlers ranked in the top ten.

To many top ranked wrestlers meeting in the first and second round giving others a easy road to semi . I trust humans more then this pill stuff. J m o

Well when you put most of your eggs (top wrestlers) in one basket(region). There are bound to be tough matches round 1. Region IV is 3 and sometimes 4 deep with top guys. Giving guys in the other regions automatic tough matches regardless of pill. I would imagine after a region IV guy made it through the gauntlet (regional) he's probably glad he's from region IV.

Frank as the Region 1 kids were in the past. Let's not act as if this is the first year a Region is loaded the only difference is it's now just a different region.

This year was exceptional compared to others as far as Region 4 being loaded. I know Region 1 used to be also but don't recall so many weight classes effected like this year.

So im glad to see I'm not the only one tired of hearing about the Region adjustments, lol. No team wanted in Region I or any team from Region I moved into their respective region the way it was previously. For how many years was it (do not know exactly)?

Just saying. See yall at States.

I really think we need to wait until this weekend plays out before we come to a conclusion on how exceptionally loaded region 4 is. Not that I am saying they aren't loaded, but we really need to wait to call it exceptional.

With 16 spots and 10 ranked wrestlers, you should always have two pairings in every weight class in the first round of top 10 squaring up against each other. In a perfect world, it would be #8 vs #9 and #7 vs #10. But I love the pill because it will cause havoc and create random matchups. This thread is about anticipating some the Marquee Matchups on Thursday. It's not about belly aching about the pill and loaded regions. Geez guys, get over it and let's wrestle.
