Regarding AA/A region 1's 170 pound weight class, there are currently 12 wrestlers for 15 participating schools. Three forfeits.

Of the 12, there is: one returning fourth placer, two returning fifth placers and one returning 6th placer. In addition, there are 3 state qualifiers. This gives us SEVEN returning state tournament wrestlers grappling for four spots.

160 has 13 wrestlers and 2 forfeits. Of the 13, there is one returning runner up two qualifiers. Three returning state tournament wrestlers for four spots.

Eat up?

182 has 13 wrestlers and 2 forfeits. One returning 5th placer and ONLY one additional qualifier.
