Sad Day at Coalfields

Postby Geoswaff » Sat Feb 04, 2017 7:15 pm

3 ranked wrestlers all had their seasons end today with dislocated elbows. Not going to mention their names but please remember them in your thoughts and prayers.

Sad to hear that! Several talented wrestlers have been injured this year best of luck to them in getting well and understanding adversity when it hits.

3 at one tournament? Wow!!! Hopefully all injured wrestlers are ok and recover quickly. I've always been a freak about teaching elbows bent in referees position, if you are lifted, don't lock out on return and no kids sitting on their butts in practice with elbows locked behind them. Between wrestling and MMA I've witnessed way to many arms bent the wrong way.

Sorry to hear about these kids who have worked hard all year. Prayers for quick healing.

sad news indeed. no one likes to hear about unfortunate injuries. does anyone know which wrestlers suffered these injuries? as I looked through the bracket, I did notice 1 that appears to have suffered such an injury. but, I do not want to speculate in my own mind. I did notice a few forfeits in the brackets.
