Strength Training

Do you or your team do pullups? If you're not (or not doing enough) then you should be. In fact,

-When Cael Sanderson first got to Iowa State Bobby Douglas told him he needed to do 50 pullups a day to become an Olympic Champion.
Holy smokes. Braxton Amos works out with a landmine now!!!!!!

Yes to both. Pull ups are a great grip strength, back developing, mentally challenging exercise. Rope climbs or inverted rows are actually better on the shoulder joint, not as much stress. The wear and tear of the season is already tough on the shoulder, and those exercises still work the back and grip. If no ropes available, pull ups are king.
