I've been saying, all this year, SVHS is better than most people think. They've surprised a few teams this year. They are a "blue collar" squad. No big names just several hard working pretty decent kids.

I agree, Spring Valley was extremely hospitable and put on a nice event. The Senior ceremony at the beginning was very nice as well. Hurricane also was extremely competitive with both Cabell Midland and Spring Valley as well, and gives up forfeits in 3 weight classes. 39 CMHS - 31 Hurricane and 32 SV - 27 Hurricane. A team on the rise in Putnam County.
