Can't thank the Humphrey's enough for setting this up and working to expand the boundaries and recognition of WV wrestlers. This is one of the biggest stages we can get on and our boys represented well.

No, for every regional Champ, the kid who got 2nd in their region is always in the other half of the bracket.

JR States had an open door policy for coaches for years and years which always resulted in mixed results when it came to first/second seeds winning the tournament. You can never make everyone happy. No matter if its 60 people or 6 the brackets will never be "set up" perfectly. You did say ...

When will the brackets be open to view for the Fairmont tournament on track wrestling?

If your 100% sure that's fine. My understanding was that anyone could show up to their respective regional and wrestle, just would not have the weight allowance or seeding points. Also I do not know of any other base weight tournaments, I believe that only tournaments marked as WVYWA qualifiers coun...

They can show up at regionals to wrestle and make their base weight without the allowance.

It is up to the regional chairs when to host their tournament. Region 6 is on that date so all local teams can continue to support the Parkersburg State tournament and the new WVYWA State Tournament.
