State Tournament.
Is it still possible we will have to utilize a 32-(wo)man bracket? Are we placing 6 this year? Looks like from the rankings every weight class will have more than 6 wrestlers.

Re: Bonnie Beat Down
Wanted to reach out and give shout out to Scott Baron who ran our tournament Saturday. He did a great job. If you all ever need someone to run or help you run a tournament especially through track, he is one of the guys you should get in contact with. Thank you to everyone who came out, competed and...

I just knocked this out the other day too. Some of the numbers I matched up with others I have a little off. South 57 Princeton 56 B-U 49 (which was different) Musselman 45 (I gave Hulbrink's points to them, I assume that's where our difference is.) Cabell Midland 37 Parkersburg 33 Washington 28 Lib...

Add Tyler Consolidated. WSAC is this weekend and there will great wrestling there but also in Buckhannon we have five #1, seven #2, 36 ranked, and 66 total wrestlers currently committed to competing. There are some great potential match ups, like 120, 152, and 235 just to name a few to look out for....

Classifications are a mess..... Look at AAA regional alignment, this is insane and easily fixed but it seems like we always have a basketball guy trying to make decisions in this sport.

Fantastic information, and kudos to all of you for your detailed research and contributions! This is a wonderful suggestion, and I will most definitely add this to the front page. Re: 24-25 Girls' Returning Placers and Participants
I apologize for getting a few mixed up. Hadn't seen info about her transfer before I was putting everything together.
Hope this helps get something like this started for the girls like we have for the boys on the front page. I am sure someone much more connected can do a better job.
Appreciate it.

Re: Changes in WV Wrestling
Stop the misuse of the injury timeout, to many wrestlers using this as a catch their breath break. Poor conditioning is not an injury This is by far one of the better fixes but the only way to create an incentive is to punish someone who truly is injured... giving choice to their opponent is just a...

Anyone know anything about C J Carrodus, as a freshman he took 3rd last year at 113 but disappeared from the Big Red lineup this season Didn't disappear, He was a part of Parkersburg team, but didn't crack the lineup for Regionals. He'll more than likely be another piece of their lineup next season...

Nothing wrong with competition. Isn't that what our sport is known for. If you want to do it, go for it. I wouldn't expect much on the results end. Coaches are generally focused on other things than getting information out to people. Gonna be a lot of leg work and building connections. Good luck if ...

I thought I would give a little insight about Trenton Bush. I know that injuries happen and in no way should they be used as an excuse, but I wanted to give a few details about his situation. I was wondering what criteria you are basing these rankings off of because Caitlynn Ash was the state champion in the 114lb weight last year but you have Emery who placed 3rd to her in the same weight class ranked above her in the 114??? Ash should be ranked above Bailey as they have never wrestled...
