On the WVSSAC site Cabell Midfland,Huntington,Martinsbiurg, Preston, Spring Mills and University all have last years rosters listed. The other 23 AAA teams have this years rosters Could someone associated with these teams please list this years rosters on the WVSSAC site ?

It seems that someone at these schools needs to roll up their sleeves and get it done. Must be a AAA problem. 1/5 of the AAA coaches are so busy that they can’t get a roster to the WVSSAC? Between Huntington and University alone there are numerous Coach of the year awards. Maybe the rosters got accidentally lost under those plaques? Surely this is an oversight by someone else. Can’t be the coaches.

Is there a precedent for the wvssac doing something when paperwork isn’t completed by a member school?

I suggest we call an emergency meeting of the coaches committee to resolve this issue.

The AD usually puts those on.

AD submits roster to WVSSAC

The AD of each school must input the school eligibility list to the wvssac before the first match. Once your eligibility is in, you can sync the eligibility to the roster so that it automatically uploads.
It’s really just the matter of clicking one more button and waiting for a few seconds.
