Congratulations Cam on 3rd State title, it's been a heck of a ride. Congratulations to Roane Co team for your runner up finish, bringing 8 and placing 7. Great job guys. Congrats to our coaches, parents, fans and community. Great accomplishment!!!

That WAS a great effort put forth by Roane's wrestling team! Great coaching and wrestling!

Prior to the state tournament, I never even thought much about who would be the runner up in AA/A.
After seeing on Thursday/Friday morning that Roane was in second place, I was a little surprised.
I would have guessed East Fairmont or Calhoun would have been the runner up.
To avoid any confusion, Roane did one heck of a job. Team wise, then did the best they could. Indy had too much and was too much.
As on outsider and knowing nobody in Roane, this program always brings some magic to the table. They need more bodies on the team to experience some magic.
