I'm hearing rumors that Mason Oh. Is the real deal. Any updates from the tournament would be appreciated. I can't attend, my wife said it's to cold for me to travel.

From my past experiences of watching them, they are a very good team. Not sure the two teams that are entered in the tourney are not their B and C teams. One year, their varsity team was wrestling elsewhere while they sent to this tourney their other teams, least that was the word. As you, I missed todays action but will be heading that way tomorrow.

They are usually pretty decent. My son used to go up there and wrestle a lot when he was in youth league. I think that school has about 3500 kids.

I was just curious, so I looked. I would guess it is their two varsity teams. Their school site lists 2 varsity teams (green and white) and only one varsity schedule, and attending this tournament. Their roster lists about 40 varsity wrestlers . They have about 18 JV/freshman only wrestlers (some freshmen and JV are listed as varsity also) and there are separate JV and freshmen schedules. Their school site I believe said their A team won their pool at 5-0 and their B team went 3-2 on Day 1.

Actually, just checked the day 1 results, and I believe there is an error in listing Mason B's record as 3-2 when it should really be 2-3, unless the individual team scores listed are in error. No big deal, just happen to notice it as they are appropriately listed as 4th in their pool. The championship pool in particular should be interesting with the two OH schools and the two WV schools on Day 2. Hope everyone keeps warm.

The BBQs at the NG Duals were incredible. I suspect this might have been the problem.

i have a feeling it is up to the individual schools to post the individual results. i could be wrong though.

Individual results were up to the teams. The team's score keeper kept a book for their own team at the table. The final scores were all that were sent to the head table.
I just finished entering our team's scores. Doc has those 5 day one results posted already.I suspect many more and the day 2 results will be up shortly.
Great job by everyone involved in dealing with a bad situation and keeping the wrestling moving smoothly and efficiently, to all of the volunteer tabe workers (especially the North Marion mat maids you put in a ton of work and time for all of the teams involved), and thanks to Doc for updating the site and keeping this incredible site going.

So many people take for granted what they do. They get very few breaks if any and go hours without restrooms and/or food.
