In recent times, it has never appeared to be based on a season's accomplishments from my perspective.

I'd be hard pressed to have Boyers in the discussion, even with a fourth title. He lost to Raike in what ended up being a techpin two years ago. That's a pretty decisive head to head.

I agree it's Quiocho's to lose. I think there are a few interesting matches for him that'll tell the tale throughout the year.
